Dinosaur Island

Inspired by Ray MearsWild Britain series, we headed for the Isle of Wight back in May with two missions: dinosaur footprints and red squirrels.  We also wanted to visit the home of all things garlicky, the Garlic Farm.  Along the way we also learned how the Isle of Wight had served as a base for rocket development, walked and cycled the island’s ancient woodlands, ate fish and chips and slurped ice creams.
